New Parking Guidelines

  • Please do not park in the spaces located at the corner of Duke & West Street.
  • Please do not park in the area at the Duke Street entrance.
  • Do not block the warehouse doors on either side of the building.
  • Additional public parking is located on Duke Street headed north from 7AM-2PM on Sunday only.
  • Additional public parking is located on Jamieson Avenue in front of the Worship Center.

Children's Church & Nursery

Children's Church and the Nursery will be in recess from December 18, 2016-January 15, 2017.



B3 Student Ministries will host its 1st B3 (Be) Connected 4th Friday Fellowship activity on Friday, January 27, 2017 at 6:30 pm.  They will create vision boards that capture their vision for the year and for the next few years.  For the next two weeks, they are collecting old, used, and extra magazines. Magazines can be placed in the receptacle in the church lobby. Everyone, not just students, are invited to participate.

Join B3 on the 2nd and 4th Sunday at 11:00 am.  Young people between the ages of 12-19 meet to learn and discuss the bible, matters of faith, life, and its challenges for our youth. Please contact Minister Montgomery for additional information.

Classes for children, youth and adults are available after the 8:00 am service.  Children and youth classes are held in 1429 Duke Street and adult classes are held in the Worship Center.

The ACE Tutoring Ministry needs volunteers for tutoring 1 hour a week on Tuesday or Thursday evenings 6:30-7:30 pm. The study areas include Math, History, English, and Science for grades K-12. Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial Program-January 15

Join local religious, civic and social organizations and the City of Alexandria as we celebrate the legacy of Martin Luther King Jr.  Dr. Frank Smith, Director, African American Civil War Museum in Washington, DC will be provided the keynote address.  The Women's Ecumenical Choir of the Washington Metropolitan Area will be providing the music.


Heartlinks to Heart Program

The Arlington (VA) Chapter of the Links, Inc. will be sponsoring a Heartlinks to Heart Program in our Historic Sanctuary on January 21 and January 28.  Registration is required.  Please contact to register.


UNCF Stem Scholars Program

The UNCF Stem Scholars Program provides scholarsip and academic support for Talented African American high school students who aspire to pursue careers in STEM fields.
