Additionally, we will have a letter writing campaign after each worship service to express your disapproval of a restaurant at 1400 Duke Street. We are asking everyone, especially residents of the City of Alexandria, to write letters to the City Council and to the Planning Commission. You may address your letters to following persons:

Remember to join us November 1st at City Hall located 301 King Street, Alexandria, VA 22314 at 7:00p.m. for the Planning Commission Hearing expressing your disapproval of the Special Use Permit (SUP) for the proposed restaurant at 1400 Duke Street.
At the hearing you may do the following.

If the Planning Commission approves the SUP, a Public Hearing will be held with the City Council on November 12th at 9:30 am at the same location.
